By reservation only. Finish up the weekend after a morning on the slopes at the Park Hyatt's dim sum specialist, China Kitchen. The all you can eat offerings from the hotel's expert kitchen has become a favorite of both locals and visitors at the resort, with probably some of the best roast chashu found outside Guangzhou. The menu can be seen here.
China Kitchen can be accessed directly from the slopes (hotel staff will ask you to take off ski boots and provide temporary ski lockers).
