Participating alumni will drive with local guide Matt Stormont to Otaru to tour the historical port and warehouse district, visit Sumiyoshi Shrine and have lunch at the Mikaku Fish Market next to Otaru Station.

​Lunch will be followed with a tour of the Nikka Whiskey factory and museum, where the history of Japan's ascendancy to a global leader in Whiskey production can be seen and tasted.
